[NEWS] Super Junior’s Kyuhyun: “She is my idol but she only likes SHINee’s Onew”

Super Junior’s Kyuhyun recently released a picture he took with actress Kim Jung Nan.

On September 25, Kyuhyun tweeted a picture with the comment, “Finally this week. An idol for younger men and me, Park Min Sook. But she only likes SHINee’s Onew.”

In the picture, Kyuhyun is smiling next to Kim and Kim is staring at the camera while standing arm in arm with Kyuhyun. Kim previously tweeted a picture and proved that she is a fan of Onew.

Kim, however, saw Kyuhyun’s comment and made people laugh by replying, “Kyuhyun, you’re attractive too.” People who saw the picture responded: “I envy Kim standing next to Kyuhyun.” “Kim is an attractive woman!” “They both look good.”

[NEWS] Kim Jung Nan Finally Meets Her Idol Crush, SHINee’s Onew

Kim Jung Nan hasn’t been shy about sharing about her idol crush on SHINee’s Onew, even revealing that her cat’s name was SHINee. Well, lucky for the veteran actress, she was able to meet the idol of her dreams.

On September 24, Kim Jung Nan tweeted, “I wanted to only keep this for myself, keke, but I’ll share with everyone. And Jingi, Sorry~ Nuna was a fan who didn’t even know your real name~ TT I still like the name Onew better~ ( ).”

The photo that she attached showed Kim Jung Nan on the set of MBC’s Radio Star surrounded by not one, but four idols and comedian Yoo Se Yoon.

Kim Jung Nan was seen with the biggest smile on her face, while linking arms with Onew and CN Blue’s Lee Jong Hyun.

[NEWS] Taemin's solo track "It's You" to release on September 19th, along with the "For You In Full Blossom" OST album

SBS’s Wednesday-Thursday series To The Beautiful You will release its original soundtrack album on September 19.

The album includes twenty-five songs in total, including, ten songs, which have been released on several online music sites as digital singles since September 15, and other various instrumental music.

Artists, including, The Grace’s Dana, Super Junior’s Kyuhyun, SNSD’s Taeyeon, Jessica, Tiffany, and Sunny, SHINee’s Onew and Taemin, f(x)’s Luna and Krystal, and J-Min, from SM Entertainment participated in the soundtrack and received considerable attention.

Taemin's much-anticipated solo track “It’s You” will come out on this day.

Sisters Jessica and Krystal sang the duet “Butterfly.” Taeyeon sang the solo “Closer,” and Kyuhyun and Tiffany sang the song “To The Beautiful You” together.

The series is about a girl named Goo Jae Hee (played by f(x)’s Sulli), who transfers to the same school that high jump gold medalist Kang Tae Joon (played by SHINee’s Min Ho) attends. Besides Sulli and Min Ho, Lee Hyun Woo, Kim Ji Won, Seo Jun Young, Kang Ha Neul, and ZE:A’s Hwang Kwang Hee appear.

[NEWS] SHINee holds successful Taiwan concert with 18,000 fans

SHINee left their fans beaming with a successful concert in Taiwan.

Over the course of two days on September 15 and 16, SHINee held their second in exclusive concert SHINee World 2 at the Taipei Arena in Taiwan.

Energizing the crowd with a string of their hits including Love Like Oxygen, Ring Ding Dong, Sherlock and more, the 18,000-strong crowd roared back its appreciation.

The members also showcased their individuals colors through their special solo performances with Taemin channeling out his charisma with Get Up, Onew turning the stage into a musical with I Won’t Give Up and Hot Goodbye, Key reinterpreting Lady Gaga in his own manner with Hair and Judas, Minho showcasing his powerful dancing for Turn Up the Music and Jonghyun giving a powerful rendition of Y Si Fuera Ella.

The concert was amplified with the use of cutting-edge technology and equipment for the concert including a large-scale LED screen, moving stage, wire actions, lasers, water fountains and more.

SHINee will look to keep up their momentum by performing with their fellow SM artists in Indonesia’s Gelora Bung Karno Stadium on September 22 as part of the upcoming SM Town Live World III in Jakarta.

[NEWS] SHINee’s Minho declares war on Jonghyun after Photoshop contest

Ever since August 15, Jonghyun has been showing extra attention to Minho, with his new SBS drama To the Beautiful You picking up. Jong Hyun has cheered Minho without watching the drama , spoiled a surprise ending without even trying, and even held a photoshop contest on Twitter with Minho’s picture at stake.

Minho hasn’t exactly been peaceful either during this battle, stealing Jonghyun’s sunglasses and hiding his wallet in the refrigerator.

On August 28, Jonghyun tweeted, “He’s cute.” Included with the post was a screen capture of his conversation with Minho on Kakaotalk.

Jonghyun called out Minho’s name only to get “This is war,” as a reply from Minho. Soon after, Jonghyun posted another tweet saying, “I’m saying he’s cute!”

The second screen capture showed that Jonghyun had sent all the photoshopped graphics from his contest from the night before. After seeing the graphics, Minho replied, “I already saw them all. Hahahaha. Stop sending it to me!” Jonghyun ended it with, “Look at it again.”

With Minho officially declaring war on Jonghyun, fans are anticipating what will happen next for the two SHINee members.

[NEWS] SHINee to perform at the '2012 Incheon K-Pop Concert’ on September 9th

Incheon shook with the Pentaport Rock Festival in August, and again in September it’ll be having more fun with another K-Pop festival. The 2012 Incheon K-Pop Concert will be taking place on September 9.

The 2012 Incheon K-Pop Concert will be hosted by Incheon City and overseen by the Incheon Development & Tourism Corporation (IDTC), and has confirmed for its initial lineup 15 of the biggest hallyu stars in the country, such as Kara, BoA, SHINee, IU, 4minute, Girl’s Day, Kim Tae Woo, Boyfriend, Dal Shabet, B.A.P, Jang Wooyoung (2PM), A-Jax, VIXX and Fiestar.

Super Junior will also be present as hosts for the event, which will take place for about three hours. Tickets are due to be made available on August 30, but Korean and overseas fans have already been bombarding the base with inquiries about the tickets and the concert.

The tickets are provided free of charge, and can be reserved through Interpark from August 30. More specifics about the concert have been uploaded on its official webpage.

Through the concert, the IDTC plans to set up Incheon as a musical city before it hosts the 2014 Asian Games and draw more tourists to the city.

More than 10,000 overseas fans are expected to enter Korea for the concert. The event is held every year in autumn, and is part of a project to help draw more tourists to Incheon. In 2011 it drew about 6,500 overseas audiences.

General FAQ

1. Will there be a ticket launch event?

No, there will not be a ticket launch event for SHINee World II Singapore.

2. Can I choose my seat(s)?

Unfortunately, you cannot choose your seats. You can only choose your preferred block. There will be seat numbers printed on your ticket (it is not free seating). When you purchase tickets, SISTIC’s system will choose the best available seating at the point of transaction.

3. How many tickets can I purchase?

Each person is entitled to a maximum of 6 tickets only per transaction.

4. Is there any age limit?

For safety reasons, yes, there is an age limit.

Children below the age of 12 are not allowed into the Moshpit.

Children below the age of 6 is not allowed in for the concert.

5. Is there anyway possible that I am allowed to access the backstage to see my favourite boys?

Backstage access is not allowed at all times.

6. What are the modes of payment?

For online and hotline booking, only credit cards and debit cards issued in Singapore. The debit card must be able to do online transactions. If you are not sure if your debit card can be used for online transactions, you’ll have to check with your bank.

7. How can overseas fans purchase the tickets?

Overseas fans can purchase the tickets online through the SISTIC website (www.sistic.com.sg) from 3pm (GMT +8:00) on 31 Aug. Alternatively, overseas fans can purchase tickets at overseas ticketing partners- go to www.sistic.com.sg and click on ‘Agents’ for a list of outlets in Malaysia and Indonesia.

8. Are there any limits to what kind of tickets I can purchase?

No, you can purchase tickets from any category. Age restrictions apply (please see point 4).

9. I bought the Terrace tickets and it says row 15, am I seated all the way at the back?

Nope! The first rows of the Terrace block ranges from 11-13.

10. Will there be a second night for the concert?

No, this is strictly a one night only concert.

11. Why are the blocks at the side of the stage in grey?

Those seats are Partially-Restricted View seats and we will not release these seats for sale till we have seen the set up of the stage. This is to ensure that all fans who have bought tickets to this concert will have a good view of their favourtie boys.

Black market tickets will be strictly monitored and recorded on our end. We hope that everyone behaves in a socially responsible manner and not succumb to the impulse to buy tickets from resellers who are seeking to exploit K-pop fans. If you proceed to buy any black market tickets, do note you might be asked for an ID check at the door, and RITS reserves the right to refuse entry at door.

[NEWS] SHINee’s Minho and f(x)’s Sulli missing from SMTown concert

Fans were left wondering on the whereabouts of SHINee’s Minho and f(x)’s Sulli after their no-show at the recent SM Town concert.

The SM Town Live World tour II in Seoul took place on August 18 at Seoul’s Olympic Stadium by SM’s biggest stars including Kangta, BoA, DBSK, Super Junior, SNSD, SHINee, f(x), EXO, CSJH The Grace, Zhang Li Yin and more. However, Minho and Sulli were not seen at the concert.

It was revealed the two were unavailable due to the ongoing filming for their SBS drama, To the Beautiful you.

On stage, the f(x) members shared, “Though Sulli was unable to join us due to her drama shooting, we’re thankful you continue to show your love like this. Please show your love for Sulli’s drama, To the Beautiful you too!”

The SHINee members also later shared on stage, “Minho is currently shooting for To the Beautiful you. Though we’re all disappointed he couldn’t join us on stage today, you’ll be able to see a lot of him through his drama so we hope you will understand. “

Member Jonghyun even joked, “He appears even more on TV than me!”

SM will next carry its global concert tour to Indonesia at the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium on September 22.
